General Information

Okay, well, the fact of the matter is that Larry tends to drive H nutty. Like, did he ever claim to be easy to get along with? No, never a part of the deal. So, H needs "therapy". Her therapy consists of going to her own little private space, and making really cool things out of what Lar views as a complete disaster area. So there you go, and here is all the cool stuff! H speaking here.-- The truth of the matter is that I have always had to have some kind of project going. I've done sewing, painting, quilting, collage, etc. This is just my current thing (although, yes, I do have to get away from Lar to my own space).

Click on thumbnail for full-size image	f052. Vintage 4 Dangle Rosary Necklace My necklaces started out with old rosarys I'd take the crucifix off and hang stuff that I liked on them instead. I've got lots of old stuff that I never knew what to do with and this was a great way to use it. This measures about 30" with a 3 1/4" dangle. Black beads are lightweight probably wood The fairy and the ball are sterling. The rest is gold filled and brass. $75
Click on thumbnail for full-size image	e848. Another Old Vintage Rosary Necklace & Dangles I think these beads are wood or seeds of some kind. The chain is worn silver plate on base metal. I threw in a black and white striped bead for interest. The large ring at the bottom I believe is sterling the chain to the MOP drop bead is also sterling and the little square with the moon. The rest is other metals. Necklace 27" drop 5 1/4". $60
Click on thumbnail for full-size image	e778. Chatelaine Drop Necklace Of course as I got into this necklace making I had to buy more supplies. This chain is brass and probably vintage but never used. Necklace measures 33" with a 3" drop. The longest piece is a neat old gold filled victorian piece from an old watch chain. $75
Click on thumbnail for full-size image	e782. Chatelaine Necklace Yellow & White I used to think only gold or silver were okay for jewelry. With time I realized that I like brass and nickle and all sorts of mixed metals and materials. This necklace is mostly yellow tone but I added a little silver engraved 1850 coin on a chain but there is also a clasp on the end so you can take it off. There is also a clasp on the long dangle chain with the black victorian button so that can be removed too. The brass chain had 7 amber colored glass beads and measures 32". The longest dangle is 4" $95

Deco Style With Agate & Big Bead Dangle Well, I don't have much interest in giving detailed account of everything I use in making these so if you really need to know just ask. I can't say what material the big honey amber looking bead is just that if came off another piece of old jewelry. Necklace 30" drop 6". $115

Long Deco Necklace from Vintage PartsThe firey looking volcanic beads are from an old pair of earrings and the black glass ones are from another old necklace. The black faceted drop and the two orangy amber colored beads are plastic and all others are glass. This necklace including the chain is from all vintage parts of different ages Necklace measures 30" with a 7" drop. SOLD

The picture of the happy cowgirl is not old but the shell is. Necklace 26" drop 61/2" including the glass ring. $72
